About our Jewelry

All of our pendants feature original designs and are soldered by hand.

Each charm is made with clear beveled glass.

All charms come with a swivel clip so you can easily interchange them with any of our chains and bracelets.

Please take great care to not immerse your charms in water.

Delivery

Each charm is handmade to order. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks. Customized orders and orders during holidays may take longer. We appreciate your patience as we create the highest quality product.

Return Policy

We will accept returns for exchange only following these conditions:

-exchange is made within 30 days
-item was not custom order
-item must be returned in original condition
-shipping will not be refunded
-buyer is responsible for shipping of the exchange item
